- Validation of diplomas for international engineers, technologists and welding specialists.
- Certification of welding personnel is administered by the International Institute of Welding (IIW). He authorizes the Bulgarian Center for Welding Qualification and the School of International Welding Engineers (SIWE) at the Technical University – Sofia.
