MEMBERSHIP

Membership in the Bulgarian Welding Society is voluntary and the organization is open to everyone who accepts our Statute. The members of the union are part of a large professional community, bringing together welding personnel, companies, scientific institutes, universities, teachers and students in Bulgaria and abroad. They have the opportunity to study and use the experience gained in welding, to exchange knowledge with their colleagues for good practices in the industry, to improve their skills, to present their competence in various national and international competitions, and their knowledge through participation in various international forums.

BWS has the potential of experts who are able to find answers to your specialized questions as well as solutions to problems that have arisen. Our expertise is the driving force for new technological development.

With its extensive experience from 1949 to present, the Bulgarian Welding Society has become a reputable professional organization that unites the interests of companies where welding is the main production process, specialists at all levels, working in the field of welding, manufacturers and suppliers of specialized equipment. Building on this solid foundation and constantly drawing on the valuable experience and expertise of international welding organizations to which we are members, we contribute to the strategic positioning of the industry. We are constantly working to make welding technologies more efficient, more environment friendly, more reliable and safe, and to improve the quality of training of our personnel. We believe that in this way we will be able to establish and uphold the prestige of our profession.

Collective membership is applicable to companies working in the field of welding and welding technology, welders and consumables traders, professional welder training centers, scientific and research organizations and units, notifying / certifying organizations. Individual membership is for professionals and learners with interests in the welding industry, the welding industry and technology at all levels. Membership is an expression of the dedication to the profession and the pursuit of high professionalism and continuous growth in the profession.
